Pocka / Terms

Beta terms. Short and clear.

Pocka is for temporary transfers between devices you own. It is not a backup or a public file host.

Use it for your own handoffs

Keep your sign-in private. Upload only what you have the right to transfer. No malware, no abuse, no using Pocka as a public download point.

Free limits

Each account can hold up to 100 items and upload 100 MB per UTC day. Site-wide limits protect the free service and may pause uploads before your personal limit. MB means 1,048,576 bytes.

Keep the original

Items are temporary by design. Keep the source file until you’ve checked the copy you took. Locked items cannot be opened without your personal key.

No guarantees

The beta is provided as is. It may be slow, unavailable or changed at any time. To the extent permitted by law, Pocka is not liable for lost items or indirect damages.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
